According to reports, Nucera is expected to raise an estimated €611 million to €711 million through the IPO. Thyssenkrupp's CEO has called the move a "key factor for the decarbonization of industry."
Thyssenkrupp aims to become a frontrunner in the hydrogen market with its subsidiary Nucera. The company plans to participate in green hydrogen infrastructure development, including the construction of electrolysis plants, as well as consulting on the optimization of existing systems.
